We began this business in 2010 in Mobile, Alabama as Gelstuff.com. As we became so much more than just gel candle supplies, we changed our business name to Smoky Mountain Craft Supplies to reflect not only the nature of our business, but also our more central-to-you location.
Concerned about an order?
Please check your email for your email for your tracking number. The tracking information from every mailing label that we generate is emailed to the address that you provided with your order. If you have not been able to locate your shipping information in your email, please check your spam folder before requesting a copy.
Why hasn't my order shipped? The most common cause of failure to ship is a declined credit card. We will run your card once, and then if we are unable to process the charges, then we will email you to let you know that there is a problem. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL. We believe that keeping our customers happy has been and will continue to be critical to the success of our business, and your order is no exception to that. We are people with feelings, too, and this is why we ask that you work with us when there is a problem - it's important to everyone involved that any problem with any order is resolved as quickly and as effectively as possible. When contacting us concerning order status, please make sure to include the billing name that your order was placed under.
Our hours of operation and phone support vary due to the seasonal nature of our business, but we are most easily reached during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday.

We aren't always able to answer the phone. Sometimes we don't hear it, we have to reschedule our working hours, someone had an emergency, or it may be that we've had to adjust our hours because of the heat (no air conditioning in the warehouse)... Things happen. Just because you don't reach us by phone, it doesn't mean that we have run off to the Bahamas with your credit card number. We promise. :)

Due to a prevalence of fraud issues, we reserve the right to refuse to ship to international addresses at our discretion.
