Delivery Times Based on Location How long will it take to get my package? Once you have placed your order online, it will usually be processed within 2 business days of the receipt of the order. Once it has been processed, then it will be placed in the queue and packed. Most orders leave within 1 to 3 business days of the placement of the order. (Choosing US Mail, however, may delay the shipping of your order for an additional day or three.)
Why hasn't my order shipped? The most common cause of failure to ship is a declined credit card. We will run your card once, and then if we are unable to process the charges, then we will email you to let you know that there is a problem. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL. We believe that keeping our customers happy has been and will continue to be critical to the success of our business, and your order is no exception to that. We are people with feelings, too, and this is why we ask that you work with us when there is a problem - it's important to everyone involved that any problem with any order is resolved as quickly and as effectively as possible. Choosing 3 Day Select on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening does not mean that your order will arrive by Friday afternoon. We offer several different shipping methods via UPS. Next Day Air and Second Day Air mean the next or second business day after your order has been picked up - not when it was placed. You will receive an email from UPS tracking once your order has been picked up. It will let you know where your package is and what the expected delivery date is. Please use this number and contact UPS concerning questions with delivery once it has left us. Delivery Costs Delivery costs and options are given on the second page of the order form. Once you input your billing and shipping information, you will be able to select UPS Ground, Three-Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air. Your order is not final at that point - this means you get to choose before we ever even get to see your order. This keeps you from having to "order blind" or from having to agree to charges before getting an idea of shipping costs. Because our cart figures shipping just on approximate weight alone, there may be other concerns that affect the amount that it may cost to ship your items. For example, 50 pounds of wax cannot be shipped with glass embeds and will have to go in separate boxes. This will result in a different charge than you will see in the cart. We will contact you of the amount is significantly different. Charges for air and 3 day select are also approximations. These packages have to be assembled and weighed before shipping costs can be determined.
